    1. Returns & Exchanges

    • We accept returns and exchanges within 1 days of delivery.

    • Voucher Items are not refundable . Once you order the voucher items it not be refundable. But you can cancel the items before dispatched. 

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

    • To initiate a return or exchange, contact our support team at levelup.care01@gmail.com with your order ID and reason.

    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after item inspection.

    • Fees paid for gift-wrapping services are non-refundable. For the online purchase shipping fee INR 100 is not refundable and for the return order INR 50 return shipping fee will be charge which is also not refundable.

    • The refunds can take up to 14 days to process. If you don’t receive your refund within this time, please contact your bank.

     

    2. Shipping & Delivery

    • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

    • Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

    • For the online purchase shipping fee INR 100  and for the return order INR 50 return shipping fee will be charge.
