Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on LEVEL UP. We prioritize secure and seamless online payments through cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
We understand COD is a preferred option for many customers, and we’re actively exploring ways to introduce this feature in the future. However, please note that cash-based transactions can be difficult to refund through banking channels, which is why we currently avoid COD to ensure smoother order management and customer support.

We offer two types of refunds to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for our customers:

The amount is refunded within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. This applies to standard eligible returns and cancellations.
âš¡ Instant Refund
The amount is refunded almost immediately after approval. Instant refunds are available for select payment methods and eligible orders.
By offering instant refunds, we aim to enhance your shopping experience and build lasting trust in our service.
Please note: Customized T-shirts and accessories are non-refundable, and cash refunds are not supported due to banking limitations.
